Eligibility:
- Your business must be based in Australia and hold an active ABN.
- You must maintain all essential insurances for your service offerings.
- Adherence to all NDIS practice standards is mandatory.
- Your business will be held fully accountable for any damages incurred to property or participants.
Staff and Service Provision:
- Ensure that all services are provided by qualified staff or contractors.
- New service locations should only be listed if you can offer services there on a continual basis.
Complaint Handling:
- All complaints must be managed according to NDIS guidelines, with prompt and professional resolution.
- Failure to effectively address complaints may result in removal from the Providerfinder.au platform.
Payment and Access:
Annual fees for accessing the platform:
- Local Provider $1,200
- State Provider $12,000
- National Provider $120,000
Partnerships:
- No annual fees, a one time payment of $900 is required.
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your listing at any time, resulting in removal from the Providerfinder.au platform.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only available if you were misled about the Providerfinder.au platform's price, contract duration, or functionality.
Refunds are not available in cases where:
- You changed your mind about listing.
- The product or service was misused in a way that led to issues.
- Services were requested against the business's advice or there was a lack of clarity in your request.
